About Our Villa
Welcome to Paradise Palms Vacation Home, your home away from home in
the Caribbean on the beautiful Island of Cozumel, Mexico.
Where you will be surrounded by sparkling turquoise Caribbean water.

Our vacation rental is fully furnished with locally crafted furniture keeping that Mexico look and feel but is equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Our home sleeps 8 people and features three bedrooms (four beds) and three bathrooms. A dining room with a large family table and huge sliding glass doors exposing the large back yard patio where you will be able to
grill out and gather with friends and family.
The house features two stories with a large roof top patio on a third story. The roof top patio features a
Palapa (tiki roof) over half of the patio where you can stay out of the sun while enjoying the beautiful ocean view and amazing sunsets.
The other half of the patio is for those who want to enjoy the sun and work on those tans.
You will be provided with two private parking spaces in front of the house with extra parking on the street,
We provide free highspeed WiFi internet, and transfers easily accessible at the airport to take you from the airport
to our vacation home.
Our cleaning service offers options by request to ensure that you have a stress-free vacation.

Bed Rooms and Bathrooms
-Features 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 people with two rooms upstairs, both having king size beds. One bedroom downstairs which has two full size beds. All three bedrooms have nightstands, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and smart televisions with US channels.
-Three bathrooms all equipped with showers.
